All cottages offer fresh linens and towels. To limit getting fresh towels from the laundry room we will be giving each cottage more fresh towels than we have previously at check in. 

Check in's and Check out's will be contact less.
If you would like contactless check in/out please call the night before your reservation and we can give instructions about the contactless check in process and how payment can be made. 
All reservations are made with a credit card. Boulder Cove still accepts cash and debit as payment Upon arrival payment will be made with the credit card provided with the reservation OR guest must make alternative arrangements with the office. Receipt requests can be emailed or left at the cottage. 
At Check Out please leave the key in the cottage and the cottage unlocked.

All cottages will have fresh toiletries which include soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towel. Also a package of coffee in the fridge. On the top shelf in the kitchen cupboard will be shared items such as salt and pepper, plastic wrap and tin foil all to be used at own risk. . 
Upon arrival guests will have easy access to a spray bottle of disinfectant spray and paper towel for any areas of the cottage they wish to wipe down. All cottages are thoroughly cleaned and wiped after each cleaning by housekeeping BUT we understand, for piece of mind, some guests like to go over the cottage main areas again themselves.

Boulder Cove asks ANYONE who does not feel well to please do not travel for the safety of our guests and staff. If you need to cancel a reservation we have relaxed our cancellation policy if you are sick. 

During your stay, the office has installed a door bell which makes a direct call to the office. Please ring the door bell instead of entering. If someone is at the office we will come to the door OR we can speak to you through the door bell (if we are away from the office) and answer any questions or requests you have. This feature helps make it easier to reach us while you are here.
