New Meeting and Event Facility

Boulder Cove Cottages presents The Perry Room, our new meeting and event facility. Perfect for small meetings, energizing seminars or those special events that require attention to detail with a stunning backdrop. The Perry Room offers seating capacity for 50 people, views of Birchtown Bay, access to the internet and our multimedia projector. We cater to small business meetings, weddings, anniversary or birthday parties, seminars, retreats and Christmas parties.There's lots of parking. Basic Room Rental

The room is yours to use how you like. We can set the tables and chairs up for your needs and you have use of all out meeting room equipment and office internet connection.

Includes:      Room Rental
                     Room set up with table linens, pens, paper, audio visual equipment
                   Use of our multimedia projector, TV/VCR/DVD player, white screen, flip chart board, and phone line internet connection
                     Tea, coffee and water.

Basic Meeting

Show them you care with M&M's or homemade fudge set out on the meeting tables. With coffee and tea everyone will be pleased.

Deluxe Day Meeting

Luncheon Meeting

Offering lunch and a nutrition break, participants are sure to be pleased with our menu. With choice of homemade soup or chowder your buffet style lunch will also include sandwiches, fresh salad, and homemade dessert. Everyone must bring a big appetite!
