Dumping Day
Also known as the first day of the lobster season. The Boys spend the
month getting ready and on the last Monday in Novemver at 7am the boats
are allowed to set pots (lobster traps). It is tradition for families
to head down to the wharf and wish all the boys and greenhorns off for
the first day of what hopes to be a busy and sucessful lobster season.
